The man is in his 40s and, according to Aftonbladet’s information, was arrested when he was drunk at a music festival in Karlskoga over the weekend.
He is said to have been armed with a knife and was arrested on suspicion of violating the Knife Act.

When the police then searched his hotel room, they found, among other things, drones that had been used to photograph security objects in Stockholm and Sundsvall.
The photo shoots took place at the end of May and on Midsummer Eve.
The Russian man is now in custody on suspicion of violating the Protection Act.
He admits that he took the pictures in question, but denies any crime.
