Russia-Ukraine-USA: China wakes up!

For the first time since the beginning of the Russia-Ukraine conflict, China accuses the United States of being at the origin of the war and urges Uncle Sam to stop sending heavy weapons to kyiv.

China, which until now has drawn from the Russian-Ukrainian conflict, has just put an end to its neutrality. It is even taking a stand by accusing the United States of being directly involved in the war and even of having provoked it.

China will not remain inert

The voice of China was expressed through the spokeswoman of the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs, on January 30, 2023, a few days before the visit, next Sunday, in Beijing, of the American Secretary of State Antony Blinken who is to meet Xi Jinping .
Mao Ning did not beat about the bush. She accused the United States of being behind the war and, she said, “the main factor fueling it by supplying heavy weapons” to kyiv. She also let Washington know that her country would not stand idly by as the US continues to provide aid to Ukraine.
If the US really wants a quick end to the crisis and truly cares about the safety and lives of the Ukrainian people, it should stop sending weapons to profit from the war,” Mao Ning said. They should work responsibly to calm the situation as soon as possible.”

Electronic components

For its part, Washington accuses China of assisting Russia militarily and economically. This seems highly likely. But this new position of China is likely to change the game. For the Middle Kingdom can supply Moscow, if not with heavy weapons, at least with the materials that will enable it to manufacture the weapons and ammunition it so badly needs. And in particular the electronic components that are indispensable to any modern weapon.
In the theater of operations, Ukraine is in difficulties and could lose the war. Volodymyr Zelensky has understood this. He even announces a major Russian attack scheduled, according to him, for 16 February 2023.
The end of the war in Ukraine or the beginning of the third world war?
