Russian Armed Forces Radiation, Chemical and Biological Defense Forces Commander Igor Kirillov stated at a press conference that the Russian army continues to investigate the USA’s efforts to establish a biological laboratory in Ukraine. Reminding that they had previously prepared a scheme by the USA to coordinate the activities of biological laboratories and research institutions in this country, Kirillov argued that the leaders of the Democratic Party in the USA are ideologists of military biological activities in Ukraine.
“UKRAINE BECOME A RANGE FOR BIOLOGICAL WEAPONS”
Kirillov stated that under state guarantees, funds were obtained from non-governmental organizations controlled by the Democratic Party administration, including investment funds of Clinton, Rockefeller, Soros and Biden.
Explaining that some large-scale pharmaceutical companies are also included in this scheme, Kirillov said, “Ukraine became a polygon for the development of biological weapons components and testing new drug samples.” he said.

Expressing that Germany has also decided to implement the National Biosecurity Program independently of Washington since 2013 and that there are 12 countries, including Ukraine, within the framework of the program, Kirillov said that the new documents seized, in the period from 2016 to 2019, were used by German military experts in Ukraine. He stated that he had obtained 3,500 blood serum samples from citizens living in 25 regions of Turkey.
Noting that Poland also participates in the US programs in Ukraine, Kirillov said, “The information collected confirms that an aggressive military biological program is being implemented by the US on the territory of Ukraine, the purpose of which is to examine the possibility of creating controlled epidemics in certain areas.” he said.
