“Russia should apologize”

Russia should apologize and pay compensation to those affected after the plane crash in Kazakhstan.
That is according to Rasim Musabayov, a member of Azerbaijan’s parliament, who believes that Russia is behind the crash.
– If this does not happen, the relations will of course change, he says to the Azerbaijani news agency Turan.

The Azerbaijani plane was on its way to the Russian city of Grozny when it crashed in Kazakhstan on Wednesday morning. 38 of the 67 people on board died, including the pilots.

Sources from the Azerbaijani government have previously stated that a Russian robot was behind the crash and exploded next to the aircraft during the flight. Accusations of Russian involvement in the crash come from several quarters, but the Kremlin’s spokesperson believes that it is “wrong to speculate” before the investigation is complete.

Rasim Musabayov, a member of Azerbaijan’s parliament, believes that Russia is trying to cover up its tracks and instead demands that they apologize.

– Those who did this must be brought to justice, and compensation must be paid to those affected and to those who died. If this does not happen, relations will obviously change, Musabayov told the Azerbaijani news agency Turan.
