Russia launched a missile attack on the city of Kramatorsk in eastern Ukraine on Wednesday evening, local authorities said.
At least three people died and twenty were wounded after a missile hit a residential building in the center of Kramatorsk, says the governor of the Donetsk region Pavlo Kyrylenko In Telegram. According to the police, the building was completely destroyed.
