Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced that Russia launched an attack on the Kharkiv region.

In his statement, Zelenski stated that the children who lost their lives were from the same family, and that 7-year-old Oleksiy, 6-year-old Mykhailo and 7-month-old baby Pavlo lost their lives. Zelenski said, “These children had not seen life yet, but they were killed as a result of the madness of the Russians. Another family was killed, a man and his wife. I offer my condolences to the relatives of the victims. The rescue operation in Kharkiv continues. 4 people, including a child, were rescued. Dozens of people were evacuated. “All services are working and everyone affected will receive the necessary assistance,” he said.
