“At around 22:15 Moscow time on April 20, a Su-34 aircraft of the Russian Aerospace Forces was flying over the city of Belgorod, while an air munition was urgently released,” the Russian Ministry of Defense said in a statement to the press.

Gladkov, the Governor of Belgorod city on the Ukrainian border, said in his first statement on his social media account last night that there was an explosion at the intersection of the city’s central streets, a pit with a radius of 20 meters was formed on the ground and there was no loss of life.
2 PEOPLE INJURED IN THE EXPLOSION
Governor Gladkov explained that the explosion caused damage to nearby buildings, while some vehicles and power poles were damaged. Gladkov, who made a second statement about the incident in the following hours, stated that two women were injured in the explosion and one was being treated in a hospital.
