Russia has attacked gas plant in Russia

The plant in Sudzja in the course region has previously provided Europe with gas. It is located in the area where Ukrainian forces have implemented its offensive, which began in August last year.

Earlier in March, Ukraine confirmed that its military withdrew from Sudzja, which is described as a crucial hub for the Ukrainian presence in the region.

Russian state -controlled media has published pictures of a burning building and accuses Ukraine of the attack. The AFP news agency has not been able to verify the extent of the damage.

Everyone can see how much we can rely on the words from Zelenskyj and other representatives of the Kiev regime, says Kreml’s spokesperson Dimitrij Peskov, further claiming that Russian forces do not carry any attacks on energy plants on President Vladimir Putin’s order.

The charges arrived after the Kremlin stated on Tuesday that they have agreed with the White House in a month -long break for attacks against “energy infrastructure”.

At the same time, Ukraine’s general staff says that the charges are “baseless” and that Russia has “fired artillery at the plant”.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyj also stated on Thursday that Russia continued with attacks on energy plants “despite Putin’s words”.

During Thursday evening, Russia attacked the port city of Odessa in Ukraine, which caused major fires.
