140 people were killed in the massacre at the Crocus City Hall in Moscow last week and already on the same day, President Putin emphasized, among other things, an alleged link between Ukraine and the terrorists.
The Russian committee investigating the events signs off Telegram that another person was arrested on suspicion of having financed the crime.

The committee also writes that the investigation so far has generated evidence for the crime that can be linked to “Ukrainian nationalists”. They present no evidence of their own for the claim.
Ukraine has categorically denied all Russian accusations that it was behind the attack, while the Islamic State terrorist group claimed responsibility for the act.
USA: A clear IS act
Shortly after the Russian investigators came out with their claim, the White House responded by saying that it is clear that the attack was carried out by IS on its own.
The White House also says that before the crime took place, they warned the Russian security service in writing of an imminent crime against concerts in Moscow, writes Reuters.
Several people have been arrested after the attack. Four men described as the main suspects have been taken into custody. They were tortured by Russian security forces after their arrest and appeared bruised in the courtroom.
