Russian units in Ukraine have been ordered to resume the offensive on all fronts after being detained since yesterdayas reported by the RIA news agency citing the Russian defense ministry.
Friday’s break would have been carried out in anticipation of talks between Moscow and Kievbut Russia has decided to resume the attack because it alleges that Ukraine has refused to negotiate, a fact that Mykhailo Podolyak, adviser to the Ukrainian president, has already denied.
“Today, all units have been ordered to extend the offensive in all directions, in accordance with the plan of attack“, the Russian Defense Ministry said in a statement.
Spain will send more troops to the borders with Ukraine
The Defense Minister, Margarita Robles, announced in an interview with TVE that she is going to send more Spanish military troops to the borders with Ukraine with the aim of prevent Russia from trying to invade “other neighboring countries”.
Robles has stated that the president of Russia “is ready for anything” and seems determined to achieve “the total conquest of Ukraine” and the overthrow of Zelensky.
The minister has warned that “Today it is Ukraine but the risks of other neighboring countries that do not belong to NATO are there”for which it has confirmed that Spain is going to send more military troops along with the rest of its allies.
