From Port d’Andratx to Cap Formentor, the GR 221, also called Route de Pedra in Dry (Dry Stone Route) crosses the Serra de Tramuntana for some 168 km. Over the course of eight stages, it takes old mule tracks crossing this sublime mountainous region listed as a UNESCO cultural heritage site, and dotted with dry stone walls that have shaped its landscapes.
