The winner of the Kitee rally Lauri Joona was 31.6 seconds faster than Korho. Joona set the minimum times for all special tests.

Four-time Finnish champion Teemu Asunmaa finished third and thus reached the SM silver. Asunmaa was 40 seconds behind Joona, who drove to victory. Asunmaa did not participate in all of this year’s SM rallies.
