Province of Utrecht – The nitrogen space that Rijkswaterstaat has purchased for the expansion of the A27 must be returned to the provinces of Utrecht and Gelderland. This is the opinion of the House of Representatives, which adopted a motion from the PvdA and GroenLinks on this. The nitrogen space could then be used for housing, nature restoration and the legalization of PAS detectors.
