Sci-fi horror fans had to wait seven years, then in 2024 the time had come: Alien: Romulus finally continued the beloved series last year. But if you couldn’t see the film in the cinema or are waiting for it to start streaming anyway, you only need to be patient for a few more days.
Then the sci-fi horror Alien: Romulus starts on Disney+
According to a press release, Alien: Romulus will be released on January 15, 2025 start on Disney+. This means that the film will be released as a streaming subscription exactly five months after its German cinema release.

Alien: Romulus revolves around young Rain (Cailee Spaeny), who and her friends strive to leave their desolate home planet. To do this, they want to loot an abandoned Weyland Yutani Corporation space station in orbit. But in the depths of the complex they meet horrible monster.
The sci-fi horror film by Fede Álvarez (Don’t Breathe) is now the seventh film in the Alien series. The prequel parts Prometheus – Dark Signs and Alien: Covenant were last seen in cinemas. Romulus, on the other hand takes place between the first two films in the original series.
Alien: Romulus became a cinema success and at least attracted the announcement another Alien film after yourself. In addition, the sci-fi horror series Alien: Earth is also scheduled to appear this year – also on Disney+.
