Rockstar finally formalizes the development of the game

Without warning, Rockstar Games has just formalized the development of GTA VI. An announcement that all fans of the series were eagerly awaiting, knowing that the initial release of GTA V on Xbox 360 and PS3 dates back to 2013, and that the game now totals more than 155 million copies sold.

Note that GTA VI will not benefit from the pen of Dan Houser, co-founder of Rockstar Games and incidentally the series’ regular screenwriter, who resigned in February 2020 before creating the Absurd Ventures in Games studio last summer. The void he left will certainly not be easy to fill, even if the home teams are not lacking in talent.
