It was in mid-March that Robinson 2024, under the leadership of Anders Lundin, premiered on TV4. Now the participants in the program, which were originally 22, have reached the merger.
But before the participants could even celebrate the achievement, at a long table with both food and wine, it was time for competition. In an obstacle course, they would climb, eel and dig their way through sand, balance walk and finally start a fire that burned so much that a string broke.
Last in the competition came Rooble Gedi, who then had to leave the competition. As victor stood Pål Schakonat and he received a luxurious price to say the least.

As the winner of the competition, Pål Schakonat not only got immunity, but he also got the opportunity to bring Rooble Gedi back into the competition in exchange for sending someone else out.
And without hesitation Pål does just that.
– The planets were aligned. The demon Pål has woken up. It can’t get any better, he says The TV4 programme.
He then chooses to send out Mark Bannon from Robinson.
– You have won almost all independent competitions. I don’t want to face you in a final, explains Pål.

Several of the other participants are not slow to show their displeasure.
– He sends home Robinson’s biggest heart. I can’t buy it, says Gustav Jacobsonwhile Pelle Flood calling the decision “pathetic”.

And the participants are not the only ones who react strongly to Pål Schakonat’s award and decision. When TV4 shared a post about the episode and asked viewers what they thought of the “shocking twist”, comments poured in.

Some criticize the production partly because sent participants are so often allowed to return, partly Pål and his way of playing. This is how some of them write:
“Funny with different twists in Robinson. But this time the team behind the program did a good job. Completely wrong to let Pål have the opportunity to bring Rooble back. But I think Mark will come back and shut the mouth on Pål.”
“It’s starting to derail. If you’ve made it through an obstacle course and managed to start a fire, then you’ve fought to stay. That then one of these fighters is replaced by the one who came last is just strange and completely unfair ! One wonders who Robinson is? Anyway, he didn’t start any fire! Weird and unfair rules!!”
“It’s gotten out of hand that people who lost and left all the time are allowed to come back and also without even having to do a shit for it. That Pål is terribly disruptive, unpleasant behavior, really annoying damn type!!!”
“Robinson is starting to derail completely. Would it be more like before. If you’ve gone out, you should be gone. Now mostly messy.”
“Pål should be voted out, is unpleasant.”
“Really hope that Pål goes out. It would be great if someone has the immunity destroyer and uses it against him. Definitely don’t like his ways.”
