Robinson 2024 which started on March 17 is slowly but surely coming to an end. For eight weeks, viewers have seen blood, sweat and tears in the participants’ quest to stay in the competition and finally win half a million kroner. Last but not least, Robinson has offered a lot of intrigue.
A colorful character in this year’s Robinson is Rooble Gedi. He started the season but going out strong and compact but as time went on he changed his tactics. And in Thursday’s episode, he offered viewers a whole new side – which left few unmoved.

During this week, the participants receive photos from their families, which affects several of them. A contestant who breaks when he gets his photo is Pelle Flood.
– To see those at home who you know are cheering you on felt very nice and gives a little new motivation, he says in the program.
Someone who has not been as open about his feelings is Rooble Gedi. But in Thursday’s episode, he opens up about his family and his parents. His father came to Sweden from Somalia in the 80s and in 1990 Rooble Gedi was born. Since then, the family has worked hard to give him a good upbringing.
– My family means everything to me. They have fought hard. They came from a war-torn Somalia and then I came. It has been a struggle for both my parents to adapt to society and be able to give me what I need, says Rooble Gedi in the program.
