As a beach volleyball player, Meeuwsen also traveled the world. “Of course we can’t complain. We saw beautiful beaches. But that was the only part you saw of the country,” he says. “I’ve also seen some beautiful beaches here in New Zealand. No, I haven’t touched beach volleyball here yet. The last time I did that was at my last tournament.”
