Robert Downey Jr. gets tasteless Oscar stunt and his fans attack Jimmy Kimmel

A memorable Oscar night that would be a career highlight for Robert Downey Jr. began with an awkward moment that the actor clearly found less than amusing. Host Jimmy Kimmel, who is usually known for his late-night show on American television, hosted the Academy Awards spectacle for the fourth time and began the whole thing with an edgy opening monologue.
