The alarm came to the police just before two o’clock on Thursday night that people in a home in Upplands Väsby had been subjected to a robbery.
– Several masked perpetrators have entered the home and tied up those who were there, says Anna Wästberg, press spokesperson at the Stockholm Police.
At least one of the perpetrators must have been armed with a pistol.
– With regard to the investigation, I do not want to go into what type of goods the robbers came across or the exact value. But it is about a high amount, says Anna Wästberg.
“Must be terrible”
The police have carried out several investigative measures during the night, but no people have yet been detained. The incident is classified as aggravated robbery.
– None of the people in the home are physically injured, but what they went through must of course be terrible, says Anna Wästberg.
