The question to a new trainer is always which system he will play with. Will it be 433, 442 in a glass pane, 442 in a bowl or even 532. Kruys is clear about that. “I don’t have a fixed system, because I think it’s more important to play from your principles. Whether you’re 433 or 442, it doesn’t matter much. You have to execute your principles, regardless of the formation in which you play.”
