Rheinmetall acquires a stake in the Dutch company Incooling

(Finance) – The German arms manufacturer Rheinmetall he squeezed one strategic partnership with IncoolingDutch IT server solutions specialist, also acquiring a share in the society. Financial details of the transaction have not been disclosed. This is a further step in the strategic transformation of the Sensors and Actuators division of Rheinmetall in the field of digitization.

The acquisition of a stake in the Eindhoven-based company also supports the commercialization of its next-generation server solutions. Furthermore, in addition to digitization, the investment increases Rheinmetall’s skill base in four other technology clusters: automation, sensors, alternative mobility and artificial intelligence.
