(Finance) – The Rome Termini station Yes tinged pink on the occasion oflast stage of the Giro d’Italia, the cycling race most awaited by Italians, now in its 107th edition. Starting late tomorrow afternoon, Saturday 25 May, Rome Terminithanks to a collaboration between RFI And Large Rail Stations it will be illuminated in the symbolic color of the race, awaiting the arrival of the cyclists and the announcement of the winner.
“The Giro d’Italia is a very popular race, which creates unity and aggregation and it is an opportunity to make the stations not only places of arrivals and departures but also of services and hospitality, whose quality and attractiveness marks both the traveler’s experience and the value of the areas in which they are located”, reads the note sent by RFI.
The FS Italiane Group alongside the season of great Italian cycling, in the belief that the values of sport are combined with the valorization of the territory and with sustainability. Trenitalia, the lead company of the Passenger Hub of the FS Group, is the official green carrier of the event.
