(Finance) – Reway Groupa group listed on Euronext Growth Milan and specialized in the maintenance and rehabilitation of road and motorway infrastructures, announced that the shareholders’ meeting of If.Gi.70% controlled following the acquisition concluded in November 2023, has decided to modify the company name of the same in “Gema SpA”.
The decision was made by new managementappointed by Reway Group following the acquisition, on the occasion of the first meeting after the completion of the operation, we read in a note.
“As disclosed to the market, the acquisition by Reway Group had already brought about a change at the level of the administrative, control, supervisory and general organization bodies of the acquired company, in accordance with the investment agreement”, is underlined.
Although not cited, the reference to involvement in the so-called “ANAS scandal” of a member of the Chicchiani family, previous owners of Se.Gi..
