(Finance) – Reway Groupa group listed on Euronext Growth Milan (EGM) and specialized in the maintenance and rehabilitation of road and motorway infrastructures, announced that the subsidiary Gema was awarded three new orders in the railway sector. The overall value of the contracts, assigned by the Italian Railway Network (RFI) to Gema, amounts to approximately 48.4 million euros.
In detail, the first order concerns the extraordinary maintenance (civil and technological) of various railway buildings of RFIs located in Lazio and Sardinia. Gema is the leader of a ATI with a 28% share, for a relevant amount of over 29 million euros. Gema is also the group leader, with a 46% share, of a ATI for the design and execution of extraordinary maintenance works of some civil works of RFI located in Rome. The works have a value of approximately 14.7 million euros for Gema. Finally, the company controlled by Reway Group is part, with a 16.6% share for an amount pertaining to 4.7 million euros, of the temporary grouping of companies that was awarded the works for the doubling of the Valle Aurelia – Vigna Clara line.
With these new orders acquired, the contracts awarded by Gema under the management of Reway Group rise to 132.4 million euros and bring the overall order book of the group, gross of the portion invoiced in the second quarter of 2024, to approximately 983 million euros.
