Partials, competitions, baccalaureate… On the eve of an exam, stress sets in and sleep is sometimes slow in coming. However, sleeping well is essential to success. And if there is no miracle recipe to avoid insomnia, some tips can help.

Stop revisions at least 1 hour before sleeping
