He does the shopping on Tuesdays. “Sometimes it really takes me a while,” he explains. “I go through the bonus offers of all supermarkets and then drive around town looking for the cheapest ingredients.” On Wednesday and Friday he is in the kitchen all day to prepare the meals. “We start the carving and preparation in the morning,” he explains. They are busy until the early afternoon. At the end of the afternoon he comes back to really prepare everything. “It keeps you off the streets, so to speak,” says Sybe with a grin. He therefore intends to keep this up for a very long time. “You should never stop doing what you love.”
