One month has passed since Russia’s military intervention in Ukraine. The moves towards Russia from the West continue to come. Russia’s expulsion of Russian diplomats at the UN corresponded to the Moscow administration. Russia gave a note to the USA and presented the list of “unwanted persons”.

After Russia’s attacks on Ukraine, the United States (USA) expelled 12 Russian diplomats working at the UN Permanent Mission in New York. Following this decision of the USA, a high-level diplomat was summoned from the US Embassy in Moscow in retaliation from Russia. Noting that a note was given to the US diplomat, who was summoned in a written statement, the Russian Foreign Ministry said, “On March 23, the senior diplomat of the US diplomatic mission in Moscow was summoned to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, by Washington at the Permanent Representation of Russia in New York. In response to the deportation of the diplomats on duty, a note was presented containing the list of American diplomatic staff who were declared ‘persona non grata’ and will be deported.
At the end of the statement, it was stated that there would be a harsh response to such hostile attempts by the USA.
