A restaurant in Pildammsparken in Malmö has been completely destroyed in a fire on Monday night. Police and emergency services received the alarm about the heavy fire at 03.00. – When the first force arrived, it was noted that smoke was coming from the roof. We have several stations on site working to contain and extinguish the fire, said Linus Steffensen, commanding officer at the rescue service in Malmö to TT. No people are said to have been in the premises when the fire started. The emergency services say that there is no major risk of the fire spreading. Extinguishing work is underway during the morning.
