To be able to build enough homes, nitrogen space must be created, says chairman of Bouwend Nederland Arno Visser. “Natural space must of course be created for nature and farmers, but if provinces forget the construction task, they will leave home seekers out in the cold, they will not be able to implement climate measures and the Dutch will be stuck in traffic more often.”
