Resident Evil: Death Island trailer released. This is the first time Leon and Jill are working together in the animation, which will be released in July.
Produced by Quebico and the famous anime studio TMS Entertainment, the animated film will hit theaters in Japan on July 7. The film is distributed worldwide by Sony Pictures Home Entertainment. However, a release date in the west has yet to be revealed.
Resident Evil: Death Island trailer released
The movie, which will take place between the events of Resident Evil 6 and 7, will take place after the third movie, Resident Evil: Vendetta. You can watch the Japanese trailer with English voice-overs below:
Death Island will be notable for Resident Evil fans as it will be the first time Leon S. Kennedy and Jill Valentine are seen working together. Leon is playable in Resident Evil 2, 4, and 6, while Jill is playable in Resdient Evil 1, 3, 5, and Revelations. Although both characters are very popular characters in the series, they have never been together until now.
Resident Evil: Death Island is the fourth animated film in the series.
Plot of the Movie
DSO agent Leon S. Kennedy, Dr. While on a mission to rescue Antonio Taylor from his kidnappers, a mysterious woman blocks his pursuit. Meanwhile, BSAA agent Chris Redfield investigates an unexplained zombie outbreak in San Francisco. The only thing the victims have in common is that they recently visited Alcatraz Island. Following this lead, Chris and his crew travel to the island where a new horror awaits them.
