Some people prefer stillness and silence in the work environment, while others share that working with a crowd contributes to being more creative. According to the results of the research on office and home work, employees experience many problems both in the office and at home. Spending too much time in front of the computer, being disturbed by colleagues and not taking enough breaks are among the reasons for feeling uncomfortable at work.
THEY SAY THAT WORKING IN THE OFFICE IMPROVES THEIR PRODUCTIVITY
The research results are based on a survey of 2,000 people by an agency.
More than half of the people in the study said they were more successful at the office with their co-workers than working from home, with nearly four in ten saying it helps boost productivity.

However, noise levels, room temperature, and constantly asking colleagues are among the negative aspects of the office. The beginning and the end of the week were determined as the most tired days. Employees yawn about three times during a typical workday or imply that they are tired.
