The chairman of the Supervisory Board, Janine Caalders, does not recognize the signals from the former employee. “A preventive investigation was recently carried out by an external agency,” says Caalders. That investigation took place in February this year. “More than 95 percent of employees believe that there is a safe working environment.” Nor does it appear that there is anything wrong with the organization in other ways, according to the chairman. Nevertheless, the Supervisory Board has decided to have a short exploratory study carried out by an external agency. That agency will deliver its results in two months.
