The hand sanitizer had been discovered in the youth’s room according to the report to the Inspectorate for Care and Care, and was then mixed with soda.
According to the resident, the consequences could have been serious as the youth has access to a large amount of hand alcohol intended for drinking.
The report also states that the responsible manager was not notified of the incident.
