(Tiper Stock Exchange) – Replylisted on Euronext STAR Milan and specialized in the creation of solutions based on new communication channels and digital media, ended the year 2022 with a consolidated turnover of 1,891.1 million euros, up by 27.5%. L’Consolidated EBITDA was 340.3 million euros, up 29.5%, while the Net income group was equal to 192.2 million euro, an increase of 26.1%.
“2022 was a very good year for our group, both in terms of turnover growth and margins – commented the President Mario Rizzante – In recent months we have continued to invest, acquiring further market shares in Europe, England and North America and we have enriched our main offers on artificial intelligence, robotics and connected vehicles with new components”.
There net financial position as at 31 December 2022 it was positive by 70.6 million euro (as at 30 September 2022 it was positive by 133.9 million euro).
The BoD has decided to propose to the next shareholders’ meeting the distribution of a dividend equal to 1 euro per share, which will be paid on 24 May 2023, with ex-dividend date set on 22 May 2023 (record date 23 May 2023).
