After six years of work, the public will be able to rediscover the Albert Kahn museum and gardens, in Boulogne-Billancourt, near Paris. A new glass and wood building signed by the Japanese architect Kengo Kuma, but above all an incredible collection of autochromes put together by the banker and philanthropist Albert Kahn who, at the beginning of the 20th century, had made it his mission to photograph and to survey the world.
For its opening, in addition to its permanent exhibition, the museum presents a temporary exhibition until November 13: Around the World, crossing images, from Albert Kahn to Curiosity.
