The renovation of the old Tivoli building on the Oudegracht in Utrecht has been postponed again. It was a long wait for a ruling from the Council of State on an environmental permit. Now that that ruling has been in place since December, project developer Stadswaarde needs more time. This is because construction costs have meanwhile risen and market conditions have changed.
