(Finance) – Rehabilitationa real estate company listed on Euronext Milan, announced that its subsidiary Milano Santa Giulia, with the Municipality of Milan and Esselunga, has signed the urban planning agreement for the variant to the Integrated Intervention Plan of Milano Santa Giulia for the start of the works that will lead to completion of the Milan Santa Giulia districtwith the residual construction of approximately 400,000 square meters of GFA mostly for residential use, in addition to the 250,000 square meters already built in the area facing the Rogoredo station.
The signature represents the start of the implementation phase of the variant project starting with the executive design and construction of the urban and infrastructural works envisaged by the development project of the area and specifically the works related to the event of the Milan Cortina 2026 Olympics.
