(Finance) – WELL YES, an Italian company active in the renewable energy market that operates as an EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) and System Integrator in Italy and abroad, signed today a framework agreement with a primary institutional investor. The agreement concerns thetechnological modernization of photovoltaic systems located in Italy, with a total power of 60 MWp.
The Revamping works will concern one or more photovoltaic systems for a total capacity of 60 MWp, to be carried out in the 24 months following the date of signing of the procurement contract between ESI and the Client (15 MWp every six months).
The amount of the contract, equal to approximately Euro 23.40 million, will pertain to the two-year period 2024-2025.

This sector, in which ESI has demonstrated consolidated success, is acquiring ever greater importance and is flanked, both in importance and commitment, by our international activities in designing and building photovoltaic and wind power systems from scratch , mini-grid and off-grid. Following the signing of the new agreement, the backlog amounts to approximately 58 million euros (residual June backlog plus new acquisitions)”.
