(Finance) – Il Ministry of the Environment and Energy Security approved, by directorial decree, the Operational Rules relating to decree CER entered into force on January 24th. The document, also published on the GSE website, regulates the procedures for accessing the incentive tariffs and capital contributions envisaged by the PNRR. “The publication of the Operational Rules is a further step towards the development of energy communities, which today represent the new frontier of renewables – declared the CEO of the GSE Vinicius Moses Vigilante – On 8 April we will make operational the platforms through which it will be possible to submit applications for admission to the incentive tariffs, the contributions provided for by the PNRR and the one to preliminarily verify the admissibility of the projects”.
The GSEto support operators in the process of setting up Renewable energy communitiesin addition to accompanying MASE in the InsiemEnergia initiative, a real tour of Italy for CERs, will start with a series of communication, promotion and assistance activities to facilitate operators in understanding the mechanism and inform citizens, businesses, public administrations and third sector bodies of all the opportunities linked to the new measure.
In addition to the activation of webinar thematicthe support and assistance channels will be strengthened, with the activation of a virtual desk for direct communication between users and GSE technicians and with the creation of a telephone channel dedicated to issues related to CER.

The GSE will also shortly publish a new instrument through which it will be possible to simulate the creation of a renewable energy community or a self-consumption group and calculate, in addition to economic costs and benefits, also the initial investment and return times.
