The Sweden Democrats want to rename the Correctional Service to the Criminal Service.

– Stop petting. Criminals must be punished, says party leader Jimmie Åkesson in his summer speech in Sölvesborg.

Juice and bun policy, Åkesson calls the current criminal policy. The main task of the prison service is not to care but to punish, he believes.

– It should be to lock up, to punish and to keep criminals away from honest, law-abiding people, says Åkesson.

In his speech, Åkesson continued to paint a very dark picture of Sweden.

– A country with solid welfare and a strong stamp of quality, it is now regarded as a country in decline, seen as an example of horror by the outside world, he says.

Ruined the country

And he blames the other parties for this.

– It is not possible to let the seven parties that for decades destroyed our country, sabbath for the Swedes, destroy our small, common place in the world, our beloved, safe home here on earth. It is not possible to let these parties alone try to sort out the complete tragedy that they themselves have caused, says Åkesson.

– If Sweden is to become good again, it is we, the Sweden Democrats, who have to do the work

Most important choice

That is why the election in September is so important this “year of fate”, according to Åkesson.

– I really mean that Sweden has never held a more important election than the one before us on September 11, he says.

In a hundred years, people will say that the 2022 election was the most important election of the century, that’s when it turned, according to Åkesson.

– That’s when the work to put an end to the misrule really took off.

Security, both financial and physical, cheaper fuel and electricity, nuclear power and zero vision for asylum immigration, the SD leader raised as the party’s most important issues before the election.
