Removed evidence – with app service

Today, the verdict was handed down against the sports teacher who surreptitiously photographed over 100 girls at a prestigious school in central Sweden.

SVT has now taken part in the so-called “slask”, the part of the investigation that is not part of the preliminary investigation. There it appears that the police missed evidence in an office in connection with the search of a second-hand apartment the man had rented.

Physical education teachers are charged with child pornography offences

  • The physical education teacher is convicted of child pornography offences

  • The children were not questioned about the PE teacher

  • After the house search, the apartment owner evicted the physical education teacher. He then discovered that the teacher had left behind, among other things, a tablet, a mobile phone and a hard drive. The owner notified the police of the find and had a cleaning company stock the property. The company brought in Tiptapp, which collects trash for a fee, which threw away the teacher’s electronics.

The police wrote a memo about their fruitless attempts to get hold of the equipment:

“We have to limit ourselves a bit as the case already has a very good level of evidence”

Warning signal at the new school

It is also clear from the slush that there were warning signals at the prestigious school. Something that goes against what the school’s principal, or the external investigation, has claimed.

In questioning, a colleague at the school says that the physical education teacher was told “that it is not so good to sit with little girls on your lap”.

The colleague says that the physical education teacher had done the same thing the day before the police report:

“He helped the girls hold the towel while they changed…”, “..that’s why we kept an extra eye on him”.

    Pushed into cleaning scrub

Only one girl has been questioned in the case. This after a parent himself contacted the police and told them that the physical education teacher had taken the girl into a cleaning scrubber and that she believes he must have filmed her:

“XX (the physical education teacher’s name) used a little force in the putt, he was strong,” the girl says in questioning.

The school’s principal does not want to appear for a new interview, but states in an email that the incident that led to a police report is the first time she has been “informed that something inappropriate had happened”.
