Online learning platform Chegg has announced the results of its latest survey on generative artificial intelligence. The results are remarkable for students in Turkey. Accordingly, 30 percent of Turkish students stated that they use generative artificial intelligence for their university studies.
Most Turkish students who use productive AI stated the following as their reasons for use:
- 40 percent – helps me learn faster
- 34 percent – it gives me more time for myself
- 34 percent – personalizes my learning
- 31 percent – makes learning more interactive
On the other hand, it was concluded that 54 percent of Turkish students prefer human expertise to be involved in generating answers, while 63 percent said that universities and colleges should encourage the use of generative artificial intelligence tools for their studies.
