The remains were identified by the Ontario’s Coroner’s office, police said.

Robin Maness, 45, Nikki Cotrelle, 45, and Trevor Waller, 47, were charged in September 2024 with first-degree murder in Ogilvie’s death. Maness and Cottrelle are both from Aamjiwnaang First Nation and Waller is from Sarnia.

Police said Friday they remain in custody.

Police have said Ogilvie, 41, was last seen in the 300 block of Christina Street South on the weekend of Nov. 18-19 and was reported missing Nov. 22.

Their investigation determined Ogilvie was last seen leaving a Stuart Street home in the company of three people, deputy chief Ron Hansen said previously.

In September, police and Ogilvie’s family called for the public to provide information for the investigation and assist in locating his remains.

“On behalf of the Sarnia Police Service, we extend our deepest condolences to Bradley’s family and friends,” Police Chief Derek Davis said Friday in a statement.

“It is our sincere hope that his recovery and return to his family will provide them a small measure of comfort and closure in this difficult time,” he said.

The site where the remains were found is on the territory of the Aamjiwnaang First Nation south of Sarnia.
