(Finance) – Relyensthe European reference mutual group for insurance and risk management in the fields of healthcare and land management, closed 2023 with very positive resultsexceeding 1 billion euros for the second consecutive year prizes collected (+6% compared to the previous year 1,081.2 million of Euro).
The sales amounts to 630 million euros against 581.4 million euros in 2022, with an increase of 8.3%. The financial result consolidated revenue of the Group amounts to 45.9 million euros, down compared to 74.8 million euros in 2022, a year which showed an exceptional performance thanks to the sale of an office property. The result before taxes equal to 25.5 million euros.
The solvency ratio of the Group stood at 183%: despite having recorded a decline compared to 2022 (198%) it remains at high values which confirm the solidity of Relyens’ balance sheet.
The growth of the Group is also manifested in a tangible way with regards to sustainability. In 2023, Relyens published a new responsible investment charter to strengthen the concepts of “sustainability” and “responsibility” across all its asset classes and increased its share of sustainable investments from 29% to 36.3% (for a total of 769.2 million euros), of which 35% contributes to environmental sustainability and 65% to social challenges
