The administration assured the trade unions that the procedure will be announced next February: the rules were defined by PA decree biswhich also introduced the percentage quota for permanent hiring, which will be carried out with a quota of 70% for the extraordinary procedure, compared to those foreseen with ordinary competition, which instead will have a quota that will stop at 30%.

The union Anief, present today a delegation composed of the general secretaries Chiara Cozzetto and Daniela Rosano, and Moira Pattuglia, national representative of the IRC, presented several requests. “During the confrontation – he explained Chiara Cozzetto – we asked the administration for particular valorisation of the experience acquired through teaching: many of our colleagues have in fact over twenty years of service behind them and it is not acceptable that the service performed is not adequately valorised”.

“In particular – he added Daniela Rosano – must be assessed with a greater number of points for each year of service and in general the service must have greater weight within the total score. Furthermore, the evaluation of the B2 qualification must be remodeled in consideration of the fact that we are talking about colleagues with very specific training. The evaluation of qualifications for the corresponding school level and any specializations as well as service in private schools that are part of the national education system must also be recognized in the qualification tables”.

Again regarding the technical changes to the draft decree, he added Moira Patrol“it is also important that the expository capacity of the role must have more ‘weight’ in the evaluation grids than the technological skills. Finally, all suitable candidates who will be included in the rankings must remain there until they are exhausted”.
