(Finance) – Relatecha company listed on Euronext Growth Milan and operating in the business digital transformation sector, announced that Gianni Franco Pope he resigned his own resignation from the position of councilor and vice-president of the board of directors, with effect from 31 May 2024, following the assumption of the role of CEO of BPER Bank.
Gianni Franco Pope holds 342,276 shares ordinary shares of Relatech, equal to almost 0.8% of the capital.
The company will proceed as soon as possible nomination by co-optation of a new advisor.
