The municipality of Utrecht is in deep trouble after a supervisor removed a modified bicycle from the Jaarbeursplein. Dennis van Elten previously said that he no longer feels welcome at the Utrecht city office. He has a disability and has nowhere to store his adapted bicycle. Utrecht is now offering an apology and a solution.
