(Tiper Stock Exchange) – RedFish LongTerm Capital (RFLTC), a long-term industrial investment holding company, ha closed on the first day in Piazza Affari without significant changes. The shares finished the first session on Euronext Growth Milan (EGM), the segment of Borsa Italiana dedicated to small and medium-sized enterprises with high growth potential, share of 1.50 euros, i.e. on the placement price for a capitalization of almost 29 million euros.
Under placement RedFish LongTerm Capital has harvest 4.02 million euros, excluding the potential exercise of the over-allotment option. In the event of full exercise of the over-allotment, the total amount raised will be 4.5 million euros.
The stock opened at 1.60 euro, equal to the high of the session, to then weaken to 1.48 euro and finally settle at 1.50 euro. The counter value of the first day in Piazza Affari was 488,514.60 euros, i contracts 98 were concluded and 292,000 shares changed hands.
RedFish LongTerm Capital represents theeleventh admission since the beginning of the year on Euronext Growth Milan, bringing the number of companies currently listed on this market to 192.
