“A friend had seen on social media that there are people who dive for this. It is a very nice service, they were very understanding,” says Vera. “I just didn’t see anything,” says Van den Oever about the dive in the Merwede Canal. “At the bottom I really couldn’t see anything, but I had a metal detector with me and within a few minutes I had found the bracelet.”
